As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide thorough psychiatric evaluations to understand each individual’s unique situation. Although autism itself is not treated with medication, certain symptoms—such as anxiety, aggression, repetitive behaviors, depression, or attention difficulties—may improve with targeted pharmacological support. Together, we will thoughtfully explore treatment options that promote well-being and enhance daily functioning.
Our care approach is collaborative, developmentally informed, and sensitive to communication styles, sensory needs, and any coexisting diagnoses. Whether assisting a child facing school transitions or an adult overcoming workplace hurdles, we focus on practical strategies that strengthen emotional regulation and overall quality of life.
